We ship worldwide using Yodel, Parcelforce and Fedex courier services.
- All UK orders are shipped with Yodel 24, Yodel 48 and Parcelforce 48 delivery Service.
- All orders outside the UK are shipped with Fedex International (2-11 Business Days depending on location)
- UK orders can be despatched on a Next Day* (Yodel 24) - see below for 2pm cut off time explanation.
- Ireland orders take 2-4 business days to be delivered via DHL.
- European orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered via DHL.
- International orders take 2-11 business days to be delivered via DHL
The cut off point for next day delivery is 2pm. This means that for example: if you order after 2pm on Monday and select next day delivery your order will be delivered 1 working day from Tuesday. This is because the courier we use collects between 2-4pm so we use this cut off point to give ourself time to process and package all orders received before this time.
Equally, if you order after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be packaged until Monday and therefore the order will be delivered 1 working day from the Monday. The same applies to orders made on Saturday And Sunday as our working week is Monday-Friday.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will then receive shipping confirmation from BADR via email. The email will include the tracking number and a link.
If you are ordering from BADR to deliver outside the UK then please note you could be subject to your receiving countries duties, taxes and/or custom charges and these will be charged to you by the courier (Fedex).

Payment goes out of your account at the time you place your order. We will not process your order until payment has been received.
Please contact us if you think this is the case, however in most circumstances we have not charged you and it is what is known as a "shadow transaction" showing on your account.
When you attempt to confirm and pay we send an authorisation to your bank/card issuer and they reserve the funds by placing a shadow transaction on your account. This ensures that you cannot spend this money elsewhere. If the payment fails or you abandon the payment, we will not request these funds and so your bank will release them back to you. This shadow transaction may remain on your account for up to 6 days and unfortunately this is completely out of our control.
The BADR website will detect your order location and default to the relevant currency (GBP, EUROS, USD, AUD, CNY, HKD, JPY). You can also overwrite this and select the currency you would like to pay in.
Please be aware that if you are in the UK and select EUROS, USD or other currencies, this will be converted back to GBP by your card issuing bank and this could result in you paying more than the GBP price quoted on the website. Unfortunately if this happens, we are unable to refund the difference.
To use your BADR Gift Card online please add your items to your basket as usual and proceed to the checkout.
Select inside the box "Gift card or discount code" and enter your gift card number.
Please note, if your order value exceeds your gift card balance you will need to make an additional payment via another method.

If you find that your discount code hasn’t been applied to your order, please check the following:
- Is your code still valid or has it expired? Any expiry date will be stated in the terms or on the promotional banner.
- Some products are restricted so will not be valid for discount - this will be stated on the product listing page.
- Is the discount code valid on full-price items only, sale items or all products? This will be stated in the terms.
- You are inputting the correct code (including upper and lowercase letters).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would require a refund or an exchange in size/colour/style, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any items to us FREE of charge. You can generate your free returns label by following the below link:

We will only refund the initial delivery charge if you have cancelled your order before we despatch your order or we have sent you a faulty or incorrect item.
We aim to despatch your order as soon as we can and due to this we might not be able to cancel. If you have ordered and want to cancel then please contact us and we can attempt to stop our warehouse from despatching your order in time. Once your order has been despatched unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order.
But we do have free returns, so if this is the case then you will be able to return this order to us free of charge for a refund.
Once we have processed your refund, this normally takes around 3-5 working days to go back to your account though, due to banking processes, the process can take up to 10 working days. If you still haven't received your refund 10 working days after we have processed then please get in touch with us.
If you’ve paid by PayPal, it will take 24-48 hours to hit your account.
Klarna refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Fill out the returns form you received with your order, repackage the items with the form and return your parcel using your local postal service to the address below:

Please keep hold of the receipt that they give you, as this is your proof of postage. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely.

There are a number of reasons why your order may have been cancelled.
This could be due to stock issues or your order may have been cancelled if it did not satisfy all of our security checks. It's worth noting that all our orders are screened for fraud and the most common check is to ensure that your billing address accurately matches that held by the card issuing bank. If your order fails these security checks, we will email the email address provided to advise that the order has been cancelled and issue a full refund.
Unfortunately not, as once your payment has been processed we are unable to change this. If you require an additional item, you would need to place a new order.

If you can't select your size, unfortunately this usually means we have no more stock. We don't often restock items as we like to move on with styles. However, we do restock some items and we could be expecting a delivery so please contact us to check.
Please note that it is very unlikely that we will be restocking items that are reduced in our sale and only the sizes displayed on the website will be available.
