Badr Sport UK packages are sent out via Yodel 24 (Next Day), Yodel 48 (2 Day) or Parcelforce 24 (Next Day) at the customers choice of service. European and International orders are sent out via Fedex International service.
The following list is a guide to delivery costs and times :
UK – Yodel Next Day – £4.95 (All orders over £75 are entitled to free Next Day delivery)
UK – Yodel 2 Day – £3.85
UK - Parcelforce Next Day - £6.50
Ireland – Fedex 3-5 days £14.99 (All orders over £100 are entitled to free delivery)
Europe – Fedex 3-5 days £14.99 (All orders over £100 are entitled to free delivery)
International - Fedex 2-11 days £16.99
Please be aware that orders made outside the UK might be subject to the receivers country duties, taxes and customs charges which will be the customer's responsibility to pay when the couriers get in touch.
DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION:
The cut off point for next day delivery is 2pm. This means that for example: if you order after 2pm on Monday and select next day delivery your order will be delivered on Wednesday. This is because the courier we use collects between 2-4pm so we use this cut off point to give ourselves time to process and package all orders received before this time.
Equally, if you order after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be packaged until at least Monday and therefore the order will be delivered on Tuesday. The same applies to orders made on Saturday and Sunday as our working week is Monday-Friday.

Return Steps
- Please fill out the returns sheet provided with your order for the item/s returning, reason code for returning and if you require an exchange or refund for each item.
- If you require an exchange then please also fill out the "exchange table" on the returns sheet with the items you would like to exchange for.
- Include the returns sheet form inside your returning parcel
- Generate the FREE returns label using the link below. This free label can then be printed and attached yourself or when you take the parcel back to the post office they will print the label for you there with the barcode you have generated.

Returns for International Customers:
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please follow return step instructions 1 - 3 above and return parcels using your local postal services to the below address.
Returns Information
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- We will not refund or exchange the product.
- We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
- If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
- Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be swapped or refunded.
- Please note we cannot accept any returned items that have been washed.
- Returned items must be in re-sellable condition; that is the same condition that you received them item in.
