FREE RETURNS WITH NO HASSLE - UK ONLY!!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would require a refund or an exchange in size/colour/style, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any items to us FREE of charge using the returns label provided in your order. All items MUST be returned in their original packaging with swing tags still attached and in an unused, saleable condition otherwise your return will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you. Please read "IMPROPER RETURNS" section below for more details.
- Please fill out the returns sheet (packing slip) provided with your order for the item/s returning, reason code for returning and if you require an exchange or refund for each item.
- If you require an exchange then please also fill out the "exchange table" on the returns sheet with the items you would like to exchange for.
- Include the returns sheet form inside your returning parcel
- Attach the FREE returns label provided on the returns sheet and take it to your local Post Office.
Returns for International Customers:
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please follow return step instructions 1 - 3 above and return parcels using your local postal services to the below address.

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- We will not refund or exchange the product.
- We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
- If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
Returns are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the goods back. It may take longer to process your return on Bank Holidays or at Christmas.
- Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be swapped or refunded.
- Please note we cannot accept any returned items that have been washed.
- Returned items must be in re-sellable condition; that is the same condition that you received them item in.
If you chose to receive a refund, then the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) will be provided to your original method of payment. Once we have processed your refund you will receive a notification via email. Please note if we are refunding a credit or debit card, once we have processed the refund the banks usually take 3-5 working days to process this back into your account but it can take up to 10 working days. If you still have not received your refund by 10 working days, then please let us know and we can contact the bank for you.
If you decide you have picked the wrong size, colour or even style then don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section on our returns form and sending everything back by post. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call/email to take the additional payment, if we receive no answer within 5 days then we will refund your returned item/s.
Please note that if we no longer have stock of the item you wish to exchange for then we will attempt to contact you by email/phone but if we receive no answer within 5 days then we will refund your returned item/s. Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.
