All of Badr Sport UK packages are sent out via the Royal Mail tracked 24 and signed delivery service. European and International orders are sent out via DHL Express International service.
The following list is a guide to delivery costs and times :
UK – Next day – £4.99 (All orders over £50 are entitled to free delivery)
Ireland – 2-4 days £9.99 (All orders over £100 are entitled to free delivery)
Europe – 3-5 days £9.99 (All orders over £100 are entitled to free delivery)
International - 2-11 days £14.99
Please be aware that orders made outside the UK might be subject to the receivers country duties, taxes and customs charges which will be added to your total bill at the checkout page.
DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION:
The cut off point for next day delivery is 2pm. This means that for example: if you order after 2pm on Monday and select next day delivery your order will be delivered 1 working day from Tuesday. This is because the courier we use collects between 2-4pm so we use this cut off point to give ourself time to process and package all orders received before this time.
Equally, if you order after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be packaged until Monday and therefore the order will be delivered 1 working day from the Monday. The same applies to orders made on Saturday And Sunday as our working week is Monday-Friday.
Statement below is from Royal Mail terms and conditions on Tracked 24:
“Tracked 24 and Tracked 24 with Signature, we will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item/s within 1 Working Day of the day on which the Handover of your Item/s provided such Handover occurs prior to the Latest Acceptance Time applicable to the Drop Off Point where the item/s are provided to us (and if the item/s are provided to us after the relevant Latest Acceptance Time, then we aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item/s within 2 Working Days of that day)”
FREE RETURNS WITH NO HASSLE - UK ONLY!!
- Please fill out the returns sheet (packing slip) provided with your order for the item/s returning, reason code for returning and if you require an exchange or refund for each item.
- If you require an exchange then please also fill out the "exchange table" on the returns sheet with the items you would like to exchange for.
- Include the returns sheet form inside your returning parcel
- Attach the FREE returns label provided on the returns sheet and take it to your local Post Office.

Returns for International Customers:
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please follow return step instructions 1 - 3 above and return parcels using your local postal services to the below address.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
- We will not refund or exchange the product.
- We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
- If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 30 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
- Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
- Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be swapped or refunded.
- Please note we cannot accept any returned items that have been washed.
- Returned items must be in re-sellable condition; that is the same condition that you received them item in.
